Shygirl announces new album Swallow! and single Lucky (hymn)
Shygirl revealed her second LP, Swallow!, out on November 6, and debuted the video for Lucky (hymn).
The LP follows her 2022 debut Nymph and was chiefly produced by Karma Kid and Casey MQ, blending indie songwriting with the electronica that defines her sound.
To mark the news, Shygirl released a video for the new single Lucky (hymn), co‑directed with Austen Taylor Pease and starring her alongside a character previously seen in the Alyse video. The announcement also notes that last year she issued a fifth‑anniversary edition of her EP ALIAS, featuring Nick León, George Riley and Sega Bodega.
