Armin van Buuren revives Rising Star alias with “Take Me Home” remix
Armin releases a Rising Star trance remix of “Take Me Home”. The track features an extended breakdown and a 140 BPM tempo.
Armin van Buuren has dusted off his Rising Star moniker to drop an official remix of “Take Me Home”. The track, originally released a week earlier as a trance reinterpretation of Red Hot Chili Peppers’ “By The Way”, is now out worldwide.
The Rising Star version stretches the record with a longer breakdown and adds a second trance melody after the first chorus, pushing the tempo up to 140 BPM and giving Poppy Baskcomb’s vocal a more driving, classic trance feel, echoing the signature sound of the alias.
