Armin van Buuren will drop his trance rework of the Red Hot Chili Peppers’ 2002 anthem “By The Way” on September 25, titled “Take Me Home”, via Armada Music. He kept the original soaring topline but rewrote the lyrics, giving the track its own emotional identity within the trance realm.
The teaser appeared on Instagram, where Armin called turning the iconic track into a trance record “pretty surreal”. “Take Me Home” continues his 2026 “classic‑to‑club” push, following recent reworks of Depeche Mode and Fragma, and joins his vinyl‑only classic‑trance sets in Ibiza.
