Between booth dates, the Scot runs Terra Masia: 56 hectares of certified organic and biodynamic farming in Santa Eulària, with vegetables, olive groves, a vineyard, free-range eggs and its own gin.
The estate is called Terra Masia and sits in Santa Eulària des Riu: 56 hectares farmed under organic and biodynamic certification.
Out of it come vegetables and fruit, olive groves and a vineyard, aromatic herbs and edible flowers, free-range eggs, infusions, spices and its own gin. It belongs to Calvin Harris.
The owner has not stepped away from the booth: he closes his Ushuaïa season on Friday 2 October, with MK and Tyson O’Brien on the bill.
This is the other Ibiza, red earth and dry-stone walls, a short drive from the club season. The island is not only what happens at night.
